Long wait and incomplete service Over and hour and 30 minute wait for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was supposed to include multipoint vehicle inspection. The service advisor said he had the work done in the quick oil change area so the wait would not be any longer. I asked about condition of my brakes and was told the inspection was not done to save time. They did not ask me if I wanted them to skip the inspection. Not a big deal, but they obviously over booked. I would probably not bring my car here for service again. There is another dealership near me that is not this crazy. My service advisor Dustin McPherson was nice guy who was dealing with a bad situation. Just also want to say I love my Chevy Cruze. In the past I have had oil changes done in Quick change area with great fast service. After emailing asking for the current cost a person called and talked me into using the service side with additional services for no additional charge. Won't do that again! More

I’m paying close to $70 for an oil change that lasted a whole 7 minutes. So rude!! More

They understood how even though it was small, was important for me to get it all fixed up. They worked closely with my insurance to make sure I was taken care of well. When my insurance needed a receipt that was in my glove box while I was away from the car, they got it for my insurance adjuster to save me some time. When I got back to my car to drive it home, I noticed it was given a cash wash, they vacuumed my front seats and wiped down my dashboard for me. IT was so nice getting into a fixed, clean car. Thank you so much it made this bad thing happen to me not so terrible in the end. More
