I can't say enough positive things about Berger. The staff there are friendly and will treat you like a king. Last week I stopped in for a tail light issue and airbag sensor light that was on with no appointment. It was near the end of the day so Brandon quickly (with the help of Eric I believe) installed a new ta sensor light that was on with no appointment. It was near the end of the day so Brandon quickly (with the help of Eric I believe) installed a new tail light at no charge to get me on my way. Brandon mentioned that the air bag sensor could be taken care of with no appointment when it fit into my schedule. I am here now and they have done an excellent job keeping their promise...appointment not necessary!! That works best for my schedule as I drive nearly 1000 miles every week and have a hard time scheduling something like this. It's refreshing to go to a dealership for service that truly wants to take care of your issue NOW. WAY TO GO BERGER, I WILL BE BACK! More
