I purchased a new 2008 Acadia from a GMC dealership 3 years ago. Unfortunately I had problems with that dealership during my lease so it was recommended that I take my concerns to Berger Chevrolet. Berg years ago. Unfortunately I had problems with that dealership during my lease so it was recommended that I take my concerns to Berger Chevrolet. Berger Chevrolet completely took care of all my concerns so now that my lease is finished, I chose to purchase the car through Berger Chevrolet. I expected that I would just need to drop off a check and sign a few papers and be on my way. Apparently GM doesn't make it that simple but as expected, Berger Chevrolet made it that simple for me. Brian Isch explained the process to me so that I could understand it, walked me through the maze of paperwork and made sure that I understood each step. As I needed to deal with others at the dealership, Brian took me himself, introduced me, explained what needed to happen and when I was finished, made sure that I understood what happened.Brian Isch set up the XM radio and On Star as they apparently come with purchasing your leased car for a trial period. He explained that I could get On Star on my smart phone as well and gave me those links. I have put on 109,000 miles in 3 years and I expect to put on another 109,000 over the next 3 years. Any new or used cars that I purchase from this point forward will be done through Berger Chevrolet! More

We number crunched and I walked out with a firm understanding of what approximate payments I would be looking at. On the second visit, I knew what I wanted and went in to make my final deal on the car. I offered them a price, they countered my offer and eventually we came to a final agreeable number. Rather than some dealers who will try and push for what they want in a car and become non-negiotable, Berger Chevy and Eugenio made sure I would get the best deal for my money. More

Never before had we purchased a vehicle on our first visit to a particular dealer. It always takes me two to three trips back before I'm ready to commit. Berger made it easy to make that purchase commitment on the first visit. In particular, we appreciated the help, friendliness, and no-pressure demeanor of our sales consultant Andrew Knaggs. While he was a relatively new sales consultant, by his own admission, we weren't put off by that. He took a real interest in us... asked the right questions... and answered all of our questions. Bottom line, he was a pleasure to work with and we won't hesitate to recommend him to our friends and acquaintences. Our thanks to the entire Berger Chevrolet team. We'll be back. More
