I thought the dreadful sounds coming from underneath my 2007 Suburban this week were the sounds of the vehicle's end-days. The vehicle was taken into Berger on a AAA flatbed. I had not had a single problem with this vehicle in the 3 years I've owned it and Rob has overseen its care. Rob was booked solid in the service department that day but said he would try to get it looked at as soon as possible to give me an idea of what we were looking at in repair costs. Story shortened: It was not nearly as bad as I had expected. Rob, bless his heart, never speaks down to me, a 60 year old woman, when I believe he is well aware that I do not have much car knowledge. The experience I had with Berger was great and fast. The process went very quickly. I had never bought a brand new car before, and Beth and Brett were very helpful, friendly, and patience with me, and my 5 process went very quickly.
