Mark initially helped me with warranty work. Then I returned for the brake pads on my 2008 Acadia. For some reason, the car continued to grid after the replacement but Mark kept saying bring it back u returned for the brake pads on my 2008 Acadia. For some reason, the car continued to grid after the replacement but Mark kept saying bring it back until we get it right. Well, I did and Mark made it right. Berger ended up not only replacing the brake pads but finally the rotors. Since I had to return several times, they did not charge me for the rotors. Thank You! I really enjoy working with Mark because he never made me feel bad about calling him when it was not done right. He offered a rental car to make sure that I had transportation and at one point offered to pick the car up at my home. I would highly recommend working with him and appreciate the commitment he has to the job. Thanks Berger and Thanks Mark! More

We purchased two Camaros (a 2002 Dick Harrell Edition and a 2002 35th Anniversary Edition Performance Edition) from Dick Jacques. Since we live in Louisiana, we don’t have the luxury of being within driving a 2002 35th Anniversary Edition Performance Edition) from Dick Jacques. On both occasions, Dick conducted business in a professional manner. He was honest and courteous. The transactions went extremely well. We were pleased to say the least. More recently we attended the Berger Chevy Show. Once again, Dick was wonderful. Throughout the weekend, he went out of his way to make our trip memorable. To me they are "TEAM BERGER", when I need something repaired or just an oil change they are always there. Kim Kahler, the service manager is always helpful in suggesting what has to be done if one of my 4 GM vehicles needs repair and the expense is a little higher than we can afford. He makes sure we take care of the critical problems first and says that we can wait to repair other things at a more convenient time.. All the other people listed are very gracious and helpful and as I said they are: "TEAM BERGER"! More

I've had to visit your body shop way tooo many times. Looked like new when I picked it up. Service Department also went out of their way to complete some warranty work at minimum inconvenience to me. I drove 225 miles after talking to Richard Peters to check out a truck. It was exactly as advertised and he worked at 110% level, including late hours, to work out an outstanding deal for me. My recent dealing with Berger Chevrolet was quite by accident. Literally. My car was totaled. That was true also for Tom who arranged for a loaner, a Chevy Cruze. I liked the car. So, when I learned I would be needing a new vehicle, I met with Bruce Sirmans who sold me one. I appreciated his knowledge, candor, friendliness, and wit. Not once did I feel pressured to buy the Cruze or another model that was more upscale or had more features. Something that I was afraid might happen. I don’t like shopping for cars, but Bruce, Brett Beckett in the finance department, and the Chevy team did a fine job.
