Used Car Purchase Bought a 2009 used Acadia from them. The sales people were awesome, so easy to purchase the car. After we got the car home, things started fall apart. Bought a 2009 used Acadia from them. The sales people were awesome, so easy to purchase the car. After we got the car home, things started fall apart. Not major things, but things that needed fixed. Took the car in for service, now 7 months later, taking it back for service on the same thing. This time, I was told it was "all in my head". Took it to another dealership (Fox in Caledonia). They found my motor for my defrost was shot and needed to be replaced. Really Berger?? You couldn't figure that out! Thanks Fox for fixing it!! No thanks to Berger for just charging me a fee to tell me it's all in my head!!! More

Shopping for a new car is supposed to be fun and that broke my heart. I thought i had finally found "the one". RUN AWAY FAR AWAY!!! no option for 0 .... found a car we liked on a Saturday, took Sunday to consider the car, were told they would hold the car until Monday. FAR AWAY!!! no option for 0 .... found a car we liked on a Saturday, took Sunday to consider the car, were told they would hold the car until Monday. On Monday I called them early and let them know to go ahead and pull our credit and get us the car. three hours latter i heard nothing and found out that the sold the car to someone else and shotgunned our credit and dropped it 9 points, so now we have no car and credit that cannot get us one... THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, THEY ONLY WANT A SALE. IF YOU TAKE THE RISK TO GO HERE YOUR ASKING FOR IT! More

New Car Purchase I was looking for a vehicle to get into that had a warranty again. I wasn't sure what kind I wanted.
