Rude customer service So I went to Berger a day ago and I found a vehicle I liked. I put money down so they wouldn't sell it and I would come back the following day after So I went to Berger a day ago and I found a vehicle I liked. I put money down so they wouldn't sell it and I would come back the following day after they cleaned and fixed it. I went home that night and looked up what would be a fair price to purchase the vehicle and come to find out I was being over charged by $2,000 I went back in today and said I wanted my money back and explained to the salesman why and showed him the paperwork. Well he goes to the sales managers office and gets him. I brought my mom in with me because I don't like confrontation and she told the sales manager that I just wanted my money back and I no longer wanted the vehicle. The manger then got mad and kept telling it's well worth the price. My mom said were woman were not stupid were not going to be taken advantage of. The manage then got angry and called my mom STUPID AND RUDE. How is that good customer service you don't call someone stupid and say we're the ones being rude. As everyone in the watched the manager still kept yelling and calling my mom stupid multiple times. No one came up to us and tried to help. I will no longer do business there. They lost good people all of my family go there but after this I will never step another foot in that door ever again. Word of mouth goes along way bad reviews travel a lot faster than good ones More
