He was polite, understanding, and above all; he cared. Soon after purchasing my vehicle, a little thing went wrong. He made sure that it was taken care of (free of charge, of course), and personally delivered my car back to me to pick up the rental. He's a gentleman that truly turns "customer service" into a real thing, rather than a buzzword. Friendly and honest While I was searching for cars and I shopped around a few places and they all tried to sell me junk tapped in a bow and offered me outrageous interest While I was searching for cars and I shopped around a few places and they all tried to sell me junk tapped in a bow and offered me outrageous interest rates. However when I got to Berger and talked to Wally it actually seemed like he wanted me to drive away in a nice car, not only because that's what he does and he gets paid for it but because he actually wanted to see me satisfied. He put up with my indecisiveness and actually helped me decide on this Hyundai which was a few grand cheaper than the other car I was looking into, which to me says he would rather me be comfortable with my payments and everything than make more money. All in all it was a pretty fantastic experience for my first dealer purchase and I will most definitely be comming back here first next time I'm in the market for a car. Thanks Wally! More
