Our vehicles get serviced by experienced, trained and certified service technicians. The car is finally inspected to insure that our vehicles meet Bergen Car Company’s high quality requirements. All cars are guaranteed to pass a full check up and state inspection.
We currently service and inspect our vehicles with 2 major service and repair facilities for the utmost level of care. These professional technicians have more than 25 years of experience working on vehicles. We want our cars to get the best service imaginable, and these experts take care of everything for us. What an attentive team! Myself and my wife are middle aged, not so tech savvy people, who found their ideal vehicle online with Bergen Car Company. Unfortunately we live in Myself and my wife are middle aged, not so tech savvy people, who found their ideal vehicle online with Bergen Car Company. Unfortunately we live in Florida, so that created challenges for us, but not for this helpful dealership! Diego and Fares were responsive, patient and they never gave up! When we found out that our bank, and many others locally, would not finance for out of state used vehicles, Diego and Fares were not intimidated and helped us with financing. They were not rattled by the details of out of state registration. When I was worried about getting from Newark Airport to the dealership, Diego sent Jose to pick me up, RIGHT ON TIME! When I got to see the van for the first time it was exactly as advertised. Picking up the van was without delays. The papers were ready. They filled my new van with gas and gave me 3 bottles of water to sustain me for the 1,100 mile drive ahead of me. For a long distance purchase, things could not have been easier, even with the multiple hurdles. There were no shenanigans. Everything they said they would do, they did and then some. We cannot thank Diego and Fares, (and Jose and the Title clerk -sorry I forgot your name) for caring about me and my experience. More
