We had a great experience at Berge Toyota. Mike had all the info on the car I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable. Viney handled all the finances and got us a lower percentage rate. Had a very good experience with Jenny an her crew . Got a beautiful Jeep an a reasonable price . Look forward to the future cars . Update : wrote this review to soon, drive the jeep home . Took back to have repaired , was told it’s an as but they will see what they can do . Discovered it was a sensor . Replaced , repaired . I enquired of the broken seat belt which I was told again it is an as is . I responded implied warranty 15 days /500 miles . Jenny the sale person still being very helpful an kind. But the used sales manger states as is . So after only having the jeep in my position less then 48 hours . I’m feeling pretty overwhelmed that maybe the used sale manger doesn’t really care or understand about the importance of driving a safe vehicle. I told him how I care for three of my grandchildren an I coulld not bring them with me to the dealer because one seat belt is broken in the vehicle. I hope to resolve these issues before the next encounter. More
