I am in the market to purchase a Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Originally, I was in contact with another salesperson by email. I came into Berge Toyota to speak with the salesperson but she was not avai Hybrid. Originally, I was in contact with another salesperson by email. I came into Berge Toyota to speak with the salesperson but she was not available. I was assigned to Charles Pollnow. Since the beginning of my dealing with Charles, he has been extremely professional and very customer service oriented. Charles has been keeping me updated on the upcoming allocation lists and when the next allocation list is to be expected. I have been dealing with another Toyota dealership salesperson who does not respond to my request for updates. I will be cutting ties with this salesperson but NOT Charles. He has been extremely helpful and courteous and I can not wait to close my deal with Charles once my Highlander Hybrid is on the allocation list and spoken for by me. Thanks Charles. More

Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. From my initial calls with Megan Gaddy, working through the entire process with Robert Hill, and going through the documents with Christopher Chavez From my initial calls with Megan Gaddy, working through the entire process with Robert Hill, and going through the documents with Christopher Chavez the entire staff made me feel comfortable and included in the process. I appreciate that they were upfront with the extra packages included and all additions/packages were discussed before terms were reached. No pressure, no whispering behind my back and no additional attempts made in the financial office after terms were agreed to; all of which I’ve experienced at other dealerships in the past. They were able to find me a new 2022 Corolla Hybrid with exactly what I was looking for and we were able to work down from a payment that would not work for me to something I can be very happy with. I also traded in a 2018 Ford Focus and they gave me a value just a hair below the Kelly blue book range with I think was very fair. I can’t stress how different and positive my experience was. More

He did not pressure us at all into buying and gave us the time we needed to discuss. Chris in finance was also great! He got us in and out so quickly! We have never been treated as greatly as we were at Berge Toyota and will definitely go back to them in the future!! More
I have to say I am greatful for the sub par customer service. The dealer "required" adds are ridiculous. But alas its the market currently so they are opting to force people to pay more because "someone service. The dealer "required" adds are ridiculous. The short term, they make a lot more money. Long term, They will have 0 customer loyalty. Refused to send me a quote for the truck I wanted. (I know i would have had to wait) then claimed they sent multiple times and I never received it. I also searched for the email in my spam. Anyone who pays for some of these dealer adds deserves to get ripped off. Seriously call around. More
