First, an actual person answered, they transfer me to their BOT. The bot Engaged me a conversation and even though I was interested in actually purchasing and wanted to get specific on the sale, they co their BOT. My wife taken care of by so many people. Halley was the main sales person I was in touch with. I was there from 12:45 to 3:30. The day before the young man Jacob was the sales person nice guy but gave me the Carfax paper which wasn't for that SUV. Unfortunately Halley did the same. Also this SUV had no Owners Manual,which is important to me. Halley said she would walk me through it but I have a problem with memory so the book is important. So wrong Carfax and no Owners Manual plus a very long time there for two seniors. We did get water and candy because my wife is a diabetic. That was so fantastic of them. So watch the paper work information to be right. More
