I was in a panic when he told me the price with labor and I really didn't know what to do. He told me to hold on and he wanted to check to see if I had a warranty, I didn't know. He was gone for 5 mins and it felt like forever. He came back with his hands raised and a smile, "saying we are covered", I was extremely happy. I told him I could hug him and I did just that. I tell you, I don't know if anyone else would have asked me this and I probably would not have known if he had not taken the extra step to check but I thank God he did. Thank you again Vince. More

Service was fantastic I happened to notice that my car was due for service, ok it was overdue for service. I happened to stop by under the impression Ford and Mazda are still affiliated with one another. It didn't matter. The Service dept had no issues performing an oil change and tire rotation. The timeliness was fantastic- I was kept informed each step as it progressed. I was offered an complimentary rinse, well since I have a convertible I was cautious- but I quickly realized I had no reason to be. They treated my car as if it was their own---handled with care. My car is a manual transmission which I know that many don't know how to drive one, well their staff clearly proved that they are fully aware of all types of vehicles and never mistreated my "baby". Anyone with sportscars knows that you want a certain type of person to drive and take care of your car the way you want it to be taken care of-- here they know how to handle my cars. I will be back! More

They're honest, they get the job done, everyone knows their stuff, and they work to get your car back to you even if they have to call in favors or stay late. It's not the cheapest place, but you get what you pay for and I'd much rather pay an extra few bucks and know it was done right. I would absolutely go back here again. More

Our salesman Aaron took us for a great test drive of the new 2015 Mazda CX-5. Due to his professionalism and the wonderful quality of their vehicles, I am now in love with my new CX-5 and enjoy driving it around everywhere. I would highly recommend Berge Mazda to everyone!
