A+ Experience I was looking for a vehicle for over week until I decided to go into Berge Mazda and try getting the actual car I wanted and brand new nonetheless. I I was looking for a vehicle for over week until I decided to go into Berge Mazda and try getting the actual car I wanted and brand new nonetheless. I called in the morning submitted an application over the phone to get pre-approved prior to going. That only took 15 minutes and was advised I was good to come in to look at my options. I worked with Ben the sales rep and he was very knowledge in the vehicles, warranties and add on's and pointed out everything I needed to know PLUS! He was not pushy at all which was a relief for all the sales men I was working with before him. I have never owned a brand new car before but thanks to Ben and Wayne over at Berge Mazda they were able to make it work for me in a payment that I was comfortable making. I can't even begin to thank Berge Mazda for making it an experience I will never forget, I am so thankful for you guys and wish I would have went sooner. Bait and Switch Had a deal for a 2016 CX-5 GT worked out online with Russ Gropman. Got to the dealership and (1) they didn't actually have the car in stock and (2) their quoted price included using Mazda credit rather than my pre-approved B of A loan. While there they tried to talk me into a CX-5 in stock while they hunted for my car. Other dealers I was working with emailed me stating Berge was trying to get my color and package from them. Needless to say I walked out. Shady shady shady. Will never work with them again but will definitely buy the car elsewhere.. More
