Now I do take responsibility for my own bad experience at the dealership as being a little underprepared at the exact time of purchase but.... I spent hours arguing the price on a Mazda 3 to finally arri the dealership as being a little underprepared at the exact time of purchase but.... I spent hours arguing the price on a Mazda 3 to finally arrive at $100 OVER MSRP!! I had talked with the sales managers before and taken many a test drive before finally deciding on a car. And it was not exactly what I wanted, but told the sales manager if he gave me "this price" on my trade, I would buy a car from them. It is a shame I actually stick to my word. They were very friendly until you actually buy a car. I stood around for 3 hours AFTER getting my "great deal" on pricing, waiting to get thru the financing and paper pushing end of the deal. While everyone was friendly, they were the slowest, most incompetent bunch of goons I have ever dealt with! After I pulled the window sticker out of the glove box and found out what a "great deal" I had gotten I was furious! Trying to talk to anyone at the dealership was a joke, if they even answered the phone, which they didn't half the time. No one seemed to care that I felt like I had been mis handled and needed some comfort to make me feel better about giving the dealership so much money. I am still trying to resolve getting a refund for some accessory parts and labor $$ that were not put on the car, because I would not let them work on the car after my experience with the purchase. Please stay away from this place! It is run by idiots!! I can recomend one of the fleet managers at Earhardt's if you are looking for a Mazda. He was helpful even though I hadn't bought a car from him. More
Very high pressure service consultants. I have a working knowledge of auto mechanics and I always feel pressured to pay for some "routine maintainence" that is absured; not quite the "deluxe stem-lube", bu knowledge of auto mechanics and I always feel pressured to pay for some "routine maintainence" that is absured; not quite the "deluxe stem-lube", but almost. I find it insulting and unethical. I only use this dealer for emergency warranty repairs as the dealer that I really like is in Tucson, 90 miles away. More
