Complete lack of integrity and follow through on customer satisfaction. Agreed to pick up and return vehicle, picked it up and then "didnt have a driver to return it" so I was forced to waste 2 hours of my d satisfaction. Brought my car in for a 3. 30 appointment for a tire change. Did not leave until 6pm and they did not have time for curtesy car wash. I had an appointment but still had to wait over thirty minutes just to meet with a service advisor, and that is after checking with the reception desk three times. If I expressed a concern with the vehicle, the response both this visit and my last visit is always that they would need to keep the car up to a week just to figure out what may be wrong, so I had to decide whether it was worth it to have them check. This time, they were able to fix the malfunction with the navigation, and perform the B service, along with two outstanding campaigns on the vehicle, and it took three working days. When I picked up the car, I was handed the keys and paperwork by reception, with no explanation or even a meeting or greeting by the service advisor. Not the service I would expect from Mercedes, and not the experience I have had with other Mercedes dealerships over the past twenty years. More
