The worse experience that I had in my 12 years a costumer of Benzel-Bush Englewood. I drop my car on June 14th for a diagnostic of a check engine light, I didn't even have the respect of the service advisor, of Benzel-Bush Englewood. I drop my car on June 14th for a diagnostic of a check engine light, I didn't even have the respect of the service advisor, Chris Iseman, to call me or return my calls when i called him twice. I have to show up in person for him to tell me that after 8 days they didn't know what the problem with my car was, that they need more time and he will call me back the next day. He did NOT call me back the next day. He sent me a text informing me that the cost to inspect the car is an additional $2,519.00. on top of the $350.00 that i already agreed to pay for the inspection. Off course, after ten days now I was just upset and just pick my car. I have always service my cars at the Benzel-Bush Englewood and have a great experience but this one was the last time that I went there and the last Mercedes car that I own. I will trade this GLC 300 for a better brand and a better costumer service. More
