dealing with Benzel Busch since 2008 I've always been satisfied with the service dept. This last situation was somewhat frustrating. Not enough communications about the problem and how long it would ta satisfied with the service dept. This last situation was somewhat frustrating. Not enough communications about the problem and how long it would take to fix it. I brought a 2023 eclass with 216 miles on it and it took was there for 6 days. I'm not a mechanic and so I should have been kept informed on what was happening. When the vehicle was delivered to me it was clean and I felt great to have it back. I want to especially thank Lino Cascardi my sales person for helping me and keeping me informed. More

After our phone discussion he persuaded me to remove it with a promise to fix things. My vehicle was at the dealership almost 30 days and Mr. Sole said he would provide me with a gift card to “make things right”. I contacted Mercedes and spoke with a representative who said she would forward my concerns to Benzel Busch. When I returned to pick up my vehicle I asked to speak with Mr. Sole and he decided to address me in the waiting area. His voice was elevated and he said “what did complaining to Mercedes do for you? Are they compensating you?” I then told him I’m not some poor black girl from Brooklyn! I asked him why couldn’t he address me in an office and not within earshot of other customers? He apologized for not taking me aside, assured me he’d compensate me with a gift card. It was two days before Christmas so I said I accept your apology and we ended what seemed to be a toxic discussion amicably. He never sent me the gift card. I contacted my Service Advisor- Chris and asked for it twice. He did not acknowledge my query. At this point they lied to me. Mr. Sole made amends and hugged it out because customers were watching. I was the ONLY African American person in the waiting area. I took the high road because I was embarrassed and insulted. I walked away feeling slighted but I was happy to have my car in my possession. Mr. Sole doesn’t honor is word or value my business. When I said I’d never leave with MBUSA again he shrugged. I find his behavior appalling and offensive. I will not remove this review and every other subsequent review until this situation is made right. Thank you! More
i went in for an oil change , The rep that helped us said if you do just an oil change they dont reset the oil light, i would have to do an oil service and pay $ 355.00 , So for something that takes you 1 mi if you do just an oil change they dont reset the oil light, i would have to do an oil service and pay $ 355.00 , So for something that takes you 1 minute i had to pay an extra $ 100.00, I've been a service manager for a different brand for 21 years. And i have never heard of such a thing. If you do a oil change in my car , You are responsible to set my oil light. The rep that helped us said the customer has to keep track. For such a high end car, This is terrible service, I will be calling headquarters, I feel like i was robbed. We asked for prices for brakes pads and tires, The rep didnt even have the courtesy to go over the prices with us just handed the receptionist our paperwork so we can figure it out. When we walked outside to get our car , I had to wait about 10 minutes to pull out because we were blocked by six cars. I'm seeking for a full refund for this bad experience . I will be going over all media if Someone doesnt contact me back.. More

That is the most rediously thing i have ever heard im a service manager for a different brand for 21 years and thats not the way to treat a customer . If you change my oil its your responsibly to reset the light. Stay away from this place. The rep didnt even have the courtesy to go over prices with us that we asked for ( brakes and tries ). we had to figure it out when we got the paperwork, When we were leaving we had to wait about 10 mintues to pull out we had 6 cars blocking us.
