The other service staff staff named Neil helped me out on that day and he did a great job. I will try to pick up Neil and avoid Tyler next time. However, I believe your company needs to do something otherwise Tyler will continue to perform like this and push all the jobs to Neil. This is unfair and your company's reputation gets hurt. To be frank, just because of this Tyler, I will try to buy from other dealer for my next Mercedes.
