This guy named Tyler Stephanik provided the worst service ever. He did not answer my email, did not pick up my phone. I tried to schedule an appointment with him. He told me he will be on vacation and will h ever. He did not answer my email, did not pick up my phone. I tried to schedule an appointment with him. If this is about the recent service for my E class, I unfortunately have to give it 2 stars, because a week or so after getting my car back, the exact same issue recurred-- vibrations of steering wheel, unfortunately have to give it 2 stars, because a week or so after getting my car back, the exact same issue recurred-- vibrations of steering wheel, entire car vibrating and loss of power, with car unable to go above 30 or so. Normally I rate this dealership a 5 star but having to lose my car again for days on end for the same thing is disappointing. Only reason not giving them 1 star is because usually they are a 5 star. I was told if I got the car there before 3pm on 1/12 a key could be ordered the same day. I received a call after 4pm and was told it had just arrived. I told him that MB roadside confirmed delivery befor key could be ordered the same day. I received a call after 4pm and was told it had just arrived. I told him that MB roadside confirmed delivery before 12pm. I’ve just gotten my car back after 4 business days and the weekend. Service rep has been rude and condesending over the phone. Somehow the battery was totally drained and once the car was running poorly. He took no responsibility, nor offered any help. Just quoted prices. I’ll never recommend this location nor return there myself. More

After an hour and a half, I got a video telling me the service was complete and the car would get washed. An hour and a half after that, there was no word about my car. I inquired and was given paperwork to sign and then, my car came out 15 minutes later. I was disappointed to see my car was not washed or vacuumed. I'm not sure what was going on with my car for an hour and a half after the "work is done" video and am sorry I had to sit and wait for nothing. I assume they forgot that I was waiting, not sure as I was not offered an apology or explanation. More

In 10/22, I had $150 coupon for service over $300, called up Benzel Busch asked them if I could purchase extra parts to exceed the $282 quoted for A service and told them(and they knew) make and model. Thus I scheduled for service with another $150 coupon . I expected $310-150.I was told that my make and model was higher than $310 which I understand. If I had scheduled in 10/22, I would have met the $ 300 service threshold due to make and model. They knew that in 10/22 but would not allow me to schedule it then knowing that I would have exceeded $300 threshold. Furthermore, I had no problem with right brake light before 1/14/23 service. 5 hours after service, right brake light warning came on. Is it possible in the 18 point inspection and service, something could have happened to give this warning? More

When I called on day 6, they said the part is coming from Germany so there's no ETA. I asked for my car back because I couldn't live without my car any longer. At that point they said the work is actually almost done and can finish the day after AM and deliver it to me. On day 7 no word, so I had to walk in in the afternoon to practically grab my car out of their hands. - The bill was 500$ more than what was communicated. - They send you a text message when you check in your car, saying that I can use this text to talk to the advisors. I never once got a reply back when I texted them multiple times. Overall very bad experience. Their internal communication is bad so whenever you speak to a different person the message is different (and mostly inaccurate). Severely limited loaner car availability. You never get a call back when they say they will call you back. Even though this is the closest dealer I would look for another one next time. More
