Professional, great facility, and seamless check-in/out. I received service A and my plan covered only minimum services while i hope supervisor could hav of explained what will be and was done through this I received service A and my plan covered only minimum services while i hope supervisor could hav of explained what will be and was done through this service in more detail. For example, i asked about what was done today and supervisor didnt give full details (e.g like getting my wiper replaced and only knew when i asked). I know the summary report contains all the details while some of them are hard to read so could have of been nice if these were explained in person. I had another car leased at here 4 years ago and i remember that i was provided with much more details on what was being done for same service. Also car wash was omitted due to weather condition, but would have of been nice if i was offered to come at different time. I know these are small things, but these all together can make a difference to customers. Especially when i decided to come back to same dealership again to lease another car i had pleasant memories about the quality of service offered here few years back. More
