The service agent, Min Kim, patiently, professionally, and cheerfully explained the features of the loaner car (different from our current model), and even went so far as to bring our car to our residence that evening when service was completed and pick up the loaner so I would not have to drive in rush hour to the dealership! We have used other Mercedes dealerships in NJ and Benzel-Busch is far and away the best--always mindful of customers' time and needs and always seeking to use new technologies and organization to improve their performance. Normal service appt. E very thing was as expected. Loaner was ready, went over what was needed with the service advisor, exchanged phone numbers where I could be reached.
