Outstanding Service When I arrived, I was greeted by a young lady who signed me in. Chris Iseman came out introduced himself and he reviewed my service order. My primary reason for service was to install the Illuminated Star. I was initially told logo projector lights were not able to be installed in my vehicle. Chris did further research and found it could be done. Parts were ordered and they would be installed the next day. Chris provided exceptional service, arranged for a loner car and made sure I understood the my order. I am super excited about the new, classy features on my Benz. I do hope that Mercedes Benz will resolve the issues that prevent my iPhone from working with the car wifi since I pay for it with the embrace package. Thank you. More

Collision nightmare Rear collision - other insurance company paid $8000 - they fixed the bumper but left the trunk lid with 1/4" gaps as they said the insurance company o Rear collision - other insurance company paid $8000 - they fixed the bumper but left the trunk lid with 1/4" gaps as they said the insurance company only authorized a repair and not replacement - no problem they said they would fix with a new supplement and I could bring the car back - as I got in the car I see that the check engine light is on which it was not prior to drop off - no answers as Elizabeth went on vacation without notifying me and dropped this project on some poor guys desk - Dave did his best to help and gave me a loaner car and assured me Elizabeth would call as soon as she returned - two weeks later I still don't have a car, haven't heard from elizabeth and am forced to continue calling trying to get her on the phone. Enterprise called for 2 weeks trying to speak to someone to authorize an extension of the rental agreement as there were several supplements - no response from benzel so enterprise charged me $500 - benzels response was the insurance company should call enterprise which may be true but they very easily could have called enterprised and told them this and saved me the aggravation of dealing with endless calls from enterprise and a needless $500 charge. Lastly I was told I needed a new tire on front left wheel and allignment which Dave felt was unrelated to accident but said he would try to push through with insurance company which I doubted would happen but appreciated his attempt - to my surprise when the girl called me on New Year's Eve to tell me the car was ready she assured me this supplemental went through and they replaced the tire and alignment which I thought was unbelievable until I arrived to find out she was wrong, there was the 1/4" gap in trunk lid, scratch where rear left quarter panel and trunk lid meet and of course the check engine light was on. They outsource the work to body shops so the only benefit of going to benzel would be the "ease" of having them deal with insurance, rental corp and body shop. I have made more phone calls than if I had of dealt with insurance company, body shop and enterprise myself and a simple rear ending (no structural damage - simply two quarter panels, bumper and trunk lid) is going on 6.5 weeks and I still have not heard back as to how they plan to fix these issues. Not one call from 12/31 to today 1/9. Called Elizabeth today 9 days after my promised call and she is once again on a call - the few times she has called me back it has been between 4:50-4:55PM and she conveniently leaves at 5PM. More
