You wrote a review for Benzel-Busch A moment ago 1.0 star rating 6/14/2017 So let me start by saying that Robin S. is the most unprofessional employee at this dealership. She personally cursed at my wife, refused to return calls and did not perform the work that was required. She works in the Collision/Body shop. Be careful when dealing with her because you will get nowhere. My wife and I caught her in so many lies it wasn't even funny. Milk spilled in the car from a faulty gallon, therefore there was a huge smell. We decided to put it through insurance which approved all the repairs. After all the times of explaining to Robin that the issue is probably the driver front seat, she totally disregarded that and replaced everything else and saved this for last. Why because she was attempting to get more money out of my insurance company. The best part was when the carpets were completely replaced and she told both the adjuster and myself that there is still a smell, the carpet is being shampooed. Why would you shampoo brand new carpet, because they are thieves. They had our car for 2 months which is absurd. My wife reached out to the director and he returned her call which he stated he would look into the complaint. Never did. Finally got our car back today in which my wife proceeded to call Corporate. Corporate stated they needed to put Robin, her manager and Director on the phone. All 3 personally attacked my wife, continuously insulting her and refusing to help her to the point, my wife is done buying Mercedes. Do not use this dealership, they are a bunch of thieves who treat people with disrespect. Robin is garbage and you will regret dealing with her. To be honest, not sure how she still works there. The director lied on the phone of course taking his own people's sides. Go some place else because this place is on the way down. More
