While I relocated to Cape Cod, MA, two years ago, when I had issues with my car I came back to Benzel Busch, to my long time professional Service Advisor and then Service Manager, Mr Sole. The reaction from Sossio and his team was exceptional and an example of how a well oiled machine should work. I did not have an appointment yet, when I explained the problem, Sossio expressed concern that it might be a safety issue and immediately directed his team to look for certain problems. After contacting my insurance company and putting them in touch with Benzel Busch, the Benzel Busch team took it from there; towing, estimating the repair, dealing with the insurance company, making the repairs, and making sure it all went well. I was kept in contact all doing the repair process by the reps in the collision department. With the damage in excess of $9000, when we picked up the car it was perfect! Not a scratch was visible.
