A nice service experience The entire process was smooth and efficient. I didn't have to wait long for any of the procedures at the dealership. They were able to complete the job before closing and notified me to pick up the vehicle. If someone could give me a status update a little earlier, it would be perfect! I tried to call and check on the status around 6:15 pm and the answer was I had to keep my loaner car until the next day. I was a little anxious because I didn't have my garage key, etc. Luckily the service representative called me before I left my office. I was happy to hear his good news. More
