As a rule, sales force is outstanding (Lou Gallo) and service is professional and usually excellent. I have been a regular at Benzel Busch in Englewood for several years, and my last experience with Christopher Iseman made me think of going back never ever again. I must say that he isn't the right person in that position. If someone in a responsible position, like a manager, is reading this, I highly encourage you to watch him how and in what attitude he treats customers, although I think there wouldn't be a change. Just want you to say my last experience there even made me sick of the entire Mercedes Benz product, and I think I am going to sell my car to a better brand looking for a better service. If he was my staff, there would be no place for someone working like him. A such terrible experience ever and I thank you for making me feel that way. More
Still facing an issue where the team was supposed to fix parts in my middle console, they fixed my car play and latch on my glove box but failed to replace the parts in my middle console. Instead they accused me of respilling tea instead of offering to investigate with the person who did the labor. The team has refused to fix my vehicle and told me to put in a complaint instead with corporate. Completely unprofessional and offensive when all they did was prove that they charged me $1600 and did not do the work we legally agreed to. Very disappointed as this is the second issue I’ve had with this dealership (first time was on the sales side) and starting to feel like this is a racially motivated issue given that I’m a young black woman. Would have appreciated a formal internal investigation vs the service managers banning together on a lie that they replaced parts they cleared did not. My vehicle needs to be fixed according to our original agreement, point blank. This matter is unresolved and very disheartening to paint your client as a liar vs handling this situation with professionalism and courtesy. More
