The lady was really not knowledgeable and was not so friendly. I don't think I will go back to this location. She didn't know much about the recall. Apparently there was 2 recalls on my car, I only thou friendly. I don't think I will go back to this location. She didn't know much about the recall. She couldn't help set up a new appointment as she didn't said she doesn't know when the loan car is available. She said I can go to another location.
