1 hour to look at a tire that I informed them needed to be changed! The service writer came out after 1 hour told me the tire was bad and that it would be another 2 hour wait! People don’t have 3 hours to be changed! The service writer came out after 1 hour told me the tire was bad and that it would be another 2 hour wait! Explanation is 11 hours service work which is a xx. I advise you that get all detailed information before you sign the contract. When I dropped off advisor was making a big deal and scared me that car might brake the parts. The service I got is 1500$ outside of the Mercedes dealerships. I made a mistake and I did not educate myself for this service. You do not do same mistake. GET PRICE and ADVISE before you go to the dealership service centers. By the way advisor called after I dropped off the car and he said “ we checked the battery that is perfectly fine and in good shape but we recommend to change on 60.000 miles service.” Their goal is to make you scare and get more money for their own good. Scammers! I am giving 2 stars because of their coffee. I drunk the most expensive coffee. More

If you happen to be in some type of collision and need repairs… AVOID this place. The panoramic sunroof shattered on my E-Class and the glass ultimately ended up scratching the car. The incident happened repairs… AVOID this place. The panoramic sunroof shattered on my E-Class and the glass ultimately ended up scratching the car. The incident happened March 23… I did not get the vehicle back until April 24. I was told it was going to take 10-15 days. Nope… Not even close. Not only did the original quote tripled but there was practically no communication from the dealer… I had to reach out to the adviser [Neil Newman] who basically stopped replying to the email until I got some type of manager involved (who never bothered to reach out or reply to the emails despite knowing how dissatisfied I was with the entire ordeal). I hate to be a person that hounds other people. I am well aware of potential findings that would delay the repairs but having the vehicle sit at some facility in Saddle Brook for 3 weeks is unacceptable. Sad, I genuinely was going to bring my cars here both for service and/or any future incidents because of the proximity to my home but this type of incident has taught me to stick to the dealer I’ve stuck by for almost 7+ years despite its commute. I'm extremely lucky to have met her. When the car speaker had a problem and came to the service, she quickly solved the problem with me. She gives the best treatment to her customers. My car had to be towed to Benzel Busch Mercedes Benz due to an engine misfire. I asked them for a courtesy vehicle because I need transportation to get from home to work to school and they said my vehicle w to an engine misfire. I asked them for a courtesy vehicle because I need transportation to get from home to work to school and they said my vehicle was 40th in line before they even looked at my car. They also stated that my car will be sitting in the shop because they are not able to look at it for another week or so. They told me they didn't have enough loaners for me when I saw one that was sitting in-front of the service drive. I will never ever recommend this dealer to anyone because of how unprofessional the managers are with getting back to customers and how they treat their customers. This place is a mess and I regret bringing my car here. They do not treat their customers like how other dealerships. The service manager was very rude to me when I went into his office to speak to him about the loaner. He specifically stated, "We cannot do anything if you are unable to commute from home to work to school" What kind of a professionalism is that? This is a Benz dealership, not a Nissan or Hyundai dealership. I paid a lot of money for my Mercedes and this is how I get treated? Such a shame. More

Saw me standing Always have a great experience! Clean and welcoming! My advisor was knowledgeable and helpful! William Berger took care of me. Saw me standing there, just came over and introduced himself! And proceeded to help. I can’t stress enough how helpful he was! When they said my car was gonna be a couple hrs, he immediately offered a loaner. I had to be at work! I was grateful! He was so kind and friendly! I was in and out in no time. He called weeks later to check if the car was ok and to call if I had any issues! I was very impressed! Dorcia Fyffe More
RIP OFF! ! I spent $5,700 on new brakes (!!) and this dealership had the nerve to charge a 3% credit card fee on top of such an expensive bill. Do you really e ! I spent $5,700 on new brakes (!!) and this dealership had the nerve to charge a 3% credit card fee on top of such an expensive bill. Do you really expect me to walk around with $6,000 in cash? This is the cost of doing business - especially given the prices you charge for your services. My local dry cleaners don’t charge me a credit card fee. Have some class, Benzel. This stinks of tax evasion/fraud. More
