How was I approved then denied but but then approved for a 2024?? With a 900$ car note?? As bad as my credit is I have never!! Salesperson lied and said today was the 29th but it is the 28th and said that we were a day too late because whatever we had signed up for was expired!?! They didn't know that I had gotten an email and a phone call and had an appointment set up for the 28th! So how was I approved last week all month but not today??

Willtolbert97, We regret to hear that you had this experience with us. Banks view new and used cars differently and approve loans for new cars more readily than used. The bank sees a new car as being more valuable. If the purchaser decides to default on payments and the vehicle has to be repossessed a new car is more valuable to the bank. I hope this helps a little in understanding why we were able to get you approved for a new car vs a used. As for payments, a manager is reviewing your visit and will be in contact shortly. Also explain how come your employee said I was one day too short while I was one day late todays the 29th yesterday was the 28th he said that out his mouth because I was one day behind or whatever missed out because it was a 29th it was the reason why they had to redo my thing cuz I was a day late yesterday was the 28th today it's the 29th so explain that lie
