I felt violated, literally abused, decieved and robbed after my experience at your service department yesterday. He dressed it up like a professional thief. He quoted me a price that was less than 2/3 of after my experience at your service department yesterday. He dressed it up like a professional thief. He quoted me a price that was less than 2/3 of the price. Had me pay $152.00 for diagnosis, saying it would be deducted from the service bill and the bill would be "around $300.00. " He calls me back with a bill/price over $900.00 (over $1,000.00 with tax). TOTALLY DECEPTIVE. Some way to treat a prospect customer. Yes, that's how he did it. I am so disappointed. I felt he knew exactly what he was doing and you should know. IS THAT HOW YOU DO IT ? More

I scheduled an appointment on a recall, 2 weeks later, I show up for the appointment to find out they don't have the part in stock. I was not happy, because I planned my day around this appointment.
