We tried several time to get my car in to the Nissan dealership in Tuscaloosa with no luck. Person working at the service desk, Fred, was very helpful. I did have some frustration with the business times that are shown online and on the door did not match what I was told. Y’all either close helpful. I did have some frustration with the business times that are shown online and on the door did not match what I was told. Y’all either close at 5pm or 6pm. Online and on the front of the building says 6pm, but when I came in at 5:25pm to grab something out of my vehicle, I was told they were closed. The sales team also were unhelpful in reaching the service department. I went to the cashier desk to see if they could page someone or help but and I was told “I work in sales.” I work in sales too, that is horrible customer service. Fred in the service department was awesome and needs a raise. More
