Rebuild Chad kept me informed about everything that was going on with my car. The car they gave me to use was brand new. They never asked me to bring it back. When I picked up my car they had cleaned it changed the oil and rotated the tires. It was amazing! More

The man I spoke with was beyond rude. The telephone operator is clueless! She doesn't know the difference between a manager and a salesperson. She also suggested I call the Hoover location even though I purchased a truck from Bessemer back in March. The manager says the operator is new, so how about training her before she makes your company seem to be stupid and unable to handle their own issues?!?! I took the advice of the clueless lady and called Hoover. Even though they have nothing to do with my issue, they scheduled an appointment to fix it. They were nice! So Hoover is definitely the place to go. Bessemer isn't worth your time or money. More
