We were traveling and a thousand miles from home. Our Maxima had a problem we believed to be minor, but with the distance to go wanted it checked out. The service department was OUTSTANDING! They worked our car into the schedule and had us back on the road shortly after lunch. It did in fact turn out to be a minor problem, but it took them several hours to isolate it and verify it was perfectly safe to drive. More

Great Service Experience We brought our Rouge in to have Oil Change and were out the door in under an hour. We've had to wait at other Nissan Dealerships but not here.
