Unacceptable Service. After purchasing our flying Spur Speed from Manhattan MotorCars we had it serviced for the outstanding items & it was returned to us with a broken front grill, dent in the back chrom Speed from Manhattan MotorCars we had it serviced for the outstanding items & it was returned to us with a broken front grill, dent in the back chrome bumper, dents in the door & cigarette burn in the leather seat. They continued to drop the ball ordering wrong parts and wasting my time so we cut our losses and have the car repaired at Bentley Parsippany who demonstrated exceptional service. We also sent 2 emails expressing our dissatisfaction to the GM and owner of Manhattan MotorCars & never even received a call back. Unacceptable!!!! I am just shocked with the lack of customer service Manhattan MotorCars provided & recommend to buy and service your car from Bentley Parsippany. More
