Pavlo, the salesman, knew very little about the car -- whether it was new or used or the price it was listed for online. He also apparently didn't realize there was a large paint scrape where the front e whether it was new or used or the price it was listed for online. He also apparently didn't realize there was a large paint scrape where the front end had rubbed a curb or parking block and I had asked specifically about scratches / blemishes, etc. When the car transport video showing the scrape, which is about three feet long, was pointed out to him, he described it as "minuscule". No apology or "how can I make things right". Clearly he either didn't know the car well enough to be aware the scrape was there, which doesn't seem possible at a Bentley dealership where I was purchasing a car costing nearly $300K, or he simply failed to report it to me. Another issue is that after the price was agreed upon, there were over $3000 of additional charges that had not been revealed. The car itself is wonderful More
