Same issue just a diffrent story 2014 Ranger Rover SC, O2 sensor issue, 1st time took took over weeks just to get fixed, they did give me a loner car. 2nd time 1 week after same issu 2014 Ranger Rover SC, O2 sensor issue, 1st time took took over weeks just to get fixed, they did give me a loner car. 2nd time 1 week after same issue, just giving me a different story how there are two O2's and now a wiring issue, talk talk talk etc, just so I can spend more money for the same thing. AND no loner car anymore because they decided in one week not to give out loaner's for expired warranty (frustrating). They did not mention this over the phone when I made the appt. Now I am stuck without transportation and with at least a weeks worth of diagnostics from what the service agent told me. I do not recommend buying a car from Velocity because of the service hassle. It's unfortunate because I really like the RR and would like to buy another, oh well. More

Communications through the waiting period and the delivery experience was superb, probably the best we've encountered either in Hawaii or Mainland experiences.
