Bentley Chevrolet - Service Center

I tried to call to make an appointment for an oil change I got the answer machine saying to leave a message he would call me back. Waited awhile after leaving my phone numbers but they did not call me back. I got the answer machine saying to leave a message he would call me back. I was told on arrival to my appointment that I had made it online and they did not honor appointments made online so they could not service my vehicle but I could leave it. He knew that I had made the appointment and yet did not call me (my phone number is on the website) to let me know and noone ever called me from the voice mail that I ha left on the answer machine. After having an awful experience trying to get my car fixed. I explained here in a review what had happened and received notice that they had figured out the problem.
