Seems there may be a communication issue between sales and service where a new purchase is envolved. As for sales I was happy with my rep Richard, his manager Ryan and Lisa Jo is awesome!! She helped me over and over!! More

Not pushy at all and just easy to talk to and deal with. The only negative I had had was in discussing the condition of the vehicle and the price with the sales manager. There was clearly previous repair to the one quarter panel. Not enough to dissuade me from a purchase, but they still wanted more than average purchase price for a car that clearly had body work. They tried convincing me that it was a factory defect, but it is not. We agreed to a price and then I got a slightly different monthly payment when discussing with finance. I can’t really fault sales for this though since the best financing rate they could give me with a 740 credit score was 6%. Come with your own financing in hand and you should have a great experience at this dealership. More

Up after researching full size pickup trucks I decided on the Ford F 150. I contact Richard Ruquet at Benson Ford and made an appointment to meet him. Upon I arrival I told Richard what I was Looking for and he showed me several trucks on the lot. None of those trucks fit my needs. I "built" a truck on the Ford web site and brought that print out to Richard. With the help of his boss Robert Peeples they were able to locate the truck that I wanted and two days later it is sitting in my driveway. Richard was honest with me from the beginning. He said he was new to the business but would do what ever it takes to help me. If he did not know a answer to my question he went a got it. He is a go getter and is an asset to Benson Ford. More
