I was interested in a car I saw on the website, and sent a message asking if it was still available. In minutes I got a message from Lisa Jo, she let me know that the car was available and sent a link to th a message asking if it was still available. I came in and met Austin, and although I was nervous, he was calm and professional and answered all of my questions without pressuring me. Above all Austin, and the rest of the staff as well, were patient with me as I made my decision, and made no complaints when I asked to take the car for a pre-purchase inspection. I bought a truck from vendor Ford in Easley SC. I purchased the truck February 1,2025. The truck quit March 28, 2925. The part is on national back order. The truck was in their shop for one week of that.Jacob Kent ( the manager) suggested that I let my truck go back and buy another one from them. Who in their right mind would make a suggestion like that very unprofessional. An absolute insult that is a big NO for me. I didn’t want anything for free. I didn’t want to trade my vehicle. I needed help. I still need help. I do not recommend Benson Ford in Easley, South Carolina. More
Marck helped us so much when it came it picking out our new car. I just got rid of our 17 year old Taurus X and it was time to upgrade. I bought my Bronco from Benson Ford two years ago and have been very happy with both the vehicle and the service at Benson Ford. Everyone is friendly and both the service area and waiting area are have been very happy with both the vehicle and the service at Benson Ford. Everyone is friendly and both the service area and waiting area are spotless. (although they both could use some "updating.") On my last visit, Josh Fowler was my service writer. He was friendly and knowledgable. Had a great discussion about the Bronco Off-Roadeos. I recommend Benson Ford Highly. More
