John went out of his way to help me with a service issue with my 2016 Fiat 500x. He walked me through troubleshooting, guided me on next steps, and kindly explained the issue. Completely inept. I have a 2012 Fiat Sport. I live in Asheville NC. The 2 Fiat dealerships in my are are: Benson Fiat in Greer, SC; and Carl Gregory Fiat in Johnson C I have a 2012 Fiat Sport. I live in Asheville NC. The 2 Fiat dealerships in my are are: Benson Fiat in Greer, SC; and Carl Gregory Fiat in Johnson City TN. Both are apprx 1.5 hour drive one way. I had been servicing my Fiat at Benson Fiat, in Greer. Last time I was there I had the tires rotated. They then gave me the car back with 3 low tires and 1 almost flat, I had to turn around and come back to get it filled (at rush hour). Plus, they made me feel it was MY fault. I now go to Carl Gregory in Johnson City TN because of the Greer poor service. I was there today at Carl Gregory in Johnson City TN, for an oil change and was told "the last person who serviced your Fiat broke the oil cap. $35 charge." That would be Benson Fiat, folks. So, yea, I would not recommend this LAME Fiat dealer. More
Benson Fiat / Alpha Romeo Service Department FAIL. Let me start by saying the sales experience and sales staff deserve Five Stars. They were great to work with, friendly, and mature. However, the exa Let me start by saying the sales experience and sales staff deserve Five Stars. They were great to work with, friendly, and mature. However, the exact opposite in the service center. I took my 500T in for routine service, and to have some things looked at for warranty. They are clueless. They cant do anything right. Nicked my wheel. Fried my TPMS sensors by overinflating my tires (60Psi all four). Told me brake rotors are made with ridges on the face, after asking them to turn my left front rotor to eliminate the small ridges in it. A veteran tech there didn't know where the tire psi sticker in the door jam was, and started looking under the door. That's when I knew. I told them to cancel all future plans of me ever returning. Definitely not a place to take your Fiat for service. Very disappointing. More
