Loaner I have two Jeeps that I regularly get serviced at Benson. It's frustrating to not have a loaner car available which is offered by many other area car I have two Jeeps that I regularly get serviced at Benson. It's frustrating to not have a loaner car available which is offered by many other area car dealers. Many of them also wash and clean the car as an extra service. Please consider adding the loaner as part of the program. Dealer service is less convenient and more expensive than my local mechanic. More

Service Department Below Par Having had my Jeep serviced once before at Bensons, I found the service to be acceptable. So I assumed this was the norm. BIG mistake. This time they have stumbled and bumbled the entire way! Misdiagnosed my issues. I personally had to correct their very expensive assumption. However they were successful in gouging me for a $500 service bill. And even was able to screw up their "free" shuttle service. More

I bought a used car from the dealership and within a year the engine went out. I took the car to the service department because it was still under warranty. Because the cost was so high I got the run around the engine went out. I took the car to the service department because it was still under warranty. Because the cost was so high I got the run around and this went on for 3 weeks. After enough complaints, calling the warranty office, and paying some of the cost they fixed the car. After one year the car did the same thing and we recieved the same treatment. It's now a year later and my car is starting the same problem. I would never go to this or any other Benson dealership again and I would'nt recomend them to anyone. The only reason they recieved a one as a rating is because 0 wasnt offered. More
