Front end replaced. When I picked up my truck everything seemed ok. Over a few weeks I started to get a squeak from the front end. I thought my truck was starting to have suspension issues so I took it to two shops. They looked and looked, found nothing. Squeak getting louder. I crawled under the front end and most of the bolts were loose. I was mad. I tightened many nuts and bolts over the next few days. But didn't find the loose one that was squeaking yet. It's getting worse over time. Now found the squeak just from putting pressure on the front end. I will never recommend this place. 2013 Chevy truck y'all a joke!! More
The worst service received at service department. Not only did they forgot to keep me updated on the repairs of my jeep they closed the shop with my vehicle. We were on our way to the beach for vacation pulling a fifth wheel when the “air suspension malfunction”light came on, on our RAM 3500. Turned back to come to Benson’s which was the closest dealership and fifth wheel when the “air suspension malfunction”light came on, on our RAM 3500. Turned back to come to Benson’s which was the closest dealership and was expecting the worst. Tyler, a service tech came to our rescue. He came out immediately and checked the codes. After further investigation, Tyler found the problem, fixed it and had us back on the road in about 20 minutes!! We couldn’t have imagined better service than that’. Thanks Tyler and Benson’s for good ole fashion service with a smile. More

Quick lube service with no appointment I took my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil and filter change on the 15th of October. They have an express lane for oil changes which does not I took my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil and filter change on the 15th of October. They have an express lane for oil changes which does not require an appointment except on Saturdays. I was greeted immediately by Kenneth Morgan as I soon as I stopped. Depending on the number of vehicles that are ahead of you determines the time you will be at the dealership. I think there was 4 or 5 ahead of me so I was there for maybe an hour which went by quickly as I sit in their very nice customer waiting room with coffee and a few snacks and a very large TV. I have actually had to wait much longer at other dealerships where I had an appointment. They also adjusted my air pressure in my tires and also did a 23 point multi point inspection for anything that might need service and they found none. I did not need my tires rotated at this oil change, but they recommend that according to the mileage you have on your vehicle from the previous tire rotation. I highly recommend this service department for your service requirements and needs. More

Horrible service dept I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for a Knock and low oil pressure. My Jeep has 24k miles. They pulled in shop and said that they would not warranty. Since there was a very little water in the turn signal that is aftermarket. They also stated there was mud in the crossmember at the back of the transmission. None of these would have caused a engine to fail. My Jeep sat for a week with no help from them. Chrysler tried to call to assist and they would not talk to them. Horrible and still never told what the issue was after a week. Only excuse on why they do not want to work. So if you have a Jeep Wrangler take anywhere but here. I should have listen to all my Jeep friend that said do not go hear they are not helpful at all. More
Don't take your car to have work done!! This is the second time in less than 45 days, we took my Jeep Cherokee Overland to this location. The first time was for body work we were having don This is the second time in less than 45 days, we took my Jeep Cherokee Overland to this location. The first time was for body work we were having done after someone rear-ended me. They gave the insurance an estimate with a list of what was going to be done. After they told us to it was ready, my husband went to pick it up and I guess they thought they could pull the wool over his eyes. They charged the insurance for a new hitch which they were paid for, and they tried just to straighten it as if my husband wouldn't notice. 😤😤 After raising all kinds of sand and calling the insurance company to tell them what they were up to, the decided to give us 4 free oil changes and would put a new hitch but...they'd have to keep it a little longer. Present: So, now we got a recall notice in the mail on the alternator and it was almost time for an oil change. My husband called 3weeks ago to set up an appointment for the recall to be changed and to have our oil changed. After having someone to take him to drop the car off, he called just before time for him to get off work. As if you don't know what is to come, the car wasn't ready because they did not have the part. WTHeck, with a 3 weeks notice??? When he asked if they were going to give him a car to drive, they told him that they didn't do that. When my husband asked to speak to the owner, the guy put him on hold then came back on said he called Enterprise & they would bring him a car. Now DAY 2...parts truck didn't come in. I'm DONE. Don't care about a free oil change anymore...I'm going to make it my mission to let all my friends and family know they would be better served going somewhere else. More
