Bought Dodge Ram 2013 from Benson Chrysler Dodge Greer Sc was told it had everything , backup camera , navigation , remote start , everything . I knew the sales person so I just took his word when we Sc was told it had everything , backup camera , navigation , remote start , everything . I knew the sales person so I just took his word when we couldnt get the nav and bakup camera working . I said I would read owners manual . Well guess what ? No remote start , no camera , no navigation , no ......... My bad for believeing the sales person . FOLKS verify everything. So the story continues . I allowed Bensons to install remote start because me sales person RICKY said they could integrate it with Uconnect . Guess what again ..,. You cannot interagte after market with uconnect . I was not informed until after installl . This cost me 500.00 I could have gotten it installed at my prefered location for 298.00 . I complained and was told Benson would send me 200 refund . That was June, Guess what again ? NO REFUND . Careful people who you shop with . Oh and by the way this sales person is no longer with Benson but is in Sparatnburg at a dealership . At a minimum Benson could refund my 200 and the rest is just a 1500.00 lose I will never see again but I did learn some valuable lessons More

We purchased brand new2010 a few years ago with kenny, a great person who helped us to a tee. We just recently went back, they told us kenny no longer works here, they sent thier top salesman, which I didnt great person who helped us to a tee. We wanted to trade our perfect2010 in for a new van and keep same monthly payments. The salesman showed us all base models without the features wehave in the2010. He then couldnt get the color we wanted. Then he just came back to me, my wife and son and said we dont have what your looking for. We felt like confused, how can you not help us after we just spent over25 thousnd dolars two years ago. The salesman just let us walk out and so did the mngr.he was dealing with. No respect or concern for us, thier previous customers. I later asked to speak to the owner of the dealership, they refused to give me his number or let me talk to him. I sent the manager an e mail explainig how we felt. He did absolutely nothing for us. Kenny was great but they let him go. Do yourself a big favor, if u want a dealership you can count on for more than one deal , if u want people who actually care about you and your family, stay as far away from Benson as you can. They care about on ere sale onedeal and how much money they can grab from you.And the owner and general manager are anything but caring considerate and appreciative of thier past clients. I guess thats why kenny left. Good doesnt work well with bad. More

THIS MAN DELL BURNS WENT OUT OF HIS WAY AND WORKED THE HARDEST I HAVE EVER SEEN OR KNOWN A CAR SALESMAN TO WORK TO FIT THE RIGHT CAR TO THE RIGHT PERSON. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, LISTENED TO MY CAR NEEDS, AN HARDEST I HAVE EVER SEEN OR KNOWN A CAR SALESMAN TO WORK TO FIT THE RIGHT CAR TO THE RIGHT PERSON. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, LISTENED TO MY CAR NEEDS, AND DID HIS DARNDEST TO FIT THE NEED. I HAD A SPECIAL SITUATION IN WHICH I WAS SHOPPING FOR A CAR FOR MY WIFE TO RIDE IN BECAUSE SHE IS IN A WHEEL CHAIR AND HAS HAD AN AMPUTATION OF THE RIGHT LEG AND CANNOT WALK ON PROSTHESIS. SO, THE ORDER WAS VERY DIFFICULT I KNOW AND I REALLY HAD MY HEART IN GETTING A CAR FROM CHRYSLER ESPESCIALLY FROM A GUY LIKE DELL BURNS. THE FRIENDLIEST STRAIGHT FORWARD HONEST GUY I HAVE EVER MET. THANKYOU SO MUCH DELL FOR YOUR HARD WORK. MY WIFE MADE THE DECISION ON THIS ONE...IF I HAD HAD MY WAY I WOULDVE DONE BEEN RIDING, BUT I UNDERSTAND HER SITUATION AND DELL DID TOO AND IT WASNT EASY ESPESCIALLY FOR ME OR THE SALESMAN. BUT SHE FINALLY FOUND A CAR THAT SHE LIKED THAT FIT HER NEEDS IN COMFORT OF GETTING IN AND OUT OF THE VEHICLE AND PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS. IT WAS MOSTLY HER MONEY SO I HAD TO LET HER DECIDE. BUT I TRUELLY THINK THAT DELL WAS A GREAT HELP BECAUSE HE TRIED SO HARD TO FIND THE RIGHT CAR AT THE RIGHT PAYMENT AND PRICE. I SAY THREE CHEERS FOR DELL THO THE SALE WASNT HIS AND THATS HOW YOU MAKE YOUIR LIVING IM SAD ABOUT THAT, WISH IT WOULD HAVE BEEN FROM YOU...I WONT FORGET.
