I purchased a vehicle from Benny Boyd in Copperas Cove in 2014 and Andrew was amazing his customer service made me only want to give them my business so I ensured all of my service was done in Lampass and no 2014 and Andrew was amazing his customer service made me only want to give them my business so I ensured all of my service was done in Lampass and now that I need a new car I went back to the Cove location but it was very a very disheartening experience, instead of just being told no I was advised to let them put me into a older vehicle than the one I previously purchased and to let the vehicle I have now be repossessed. To be told something like that from a dealership is so crazy I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times. That was the most unprofessional advice anyone could have ever given another person and I didn't expect that type of customer service from Benny Boyd. More

Excellent Customer Service Went in looking at a 4 Runner and was told to rest Drive it. Came back and they said go ahead and keep it for the night so I did. Everyone else turned me down until I went to benny Boyd I drove ways out of my location to try and get approved else where I was approved with cars I didn't like in other dealers. I then decided to go to be I drove ways out of my location to try and get approved else where I was approved with cars I didn't like in other dealers. I then decided to go to benny Boyd in cove. Greg the salesman was very friendly and put no pressure we explained our situation and he came back with a answer and gave us many options I felt like it wasn't going To happen because the other dealers said the same thing but at the end couldn't approve me. So after some time Greg and James came to us with options we ended up driving away in a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze while other dealers was giving us cars below 2010. Great experience thank you ! More
