I spent over $100,000 on a vehicle here and trusted them to handle basic service. That trust was a mistake. After an oil change performed by their service department, the vehicle was returned withou them to handle basic service. That trust was a mistake. After an oil change performed by their service department, the vehicle was returned without oil. The engine failed shortly after. When I called, I was laughed at and offered another oil change instead of any real resolution. I later had to get the engine replaced elsewhere under warranty. Because I purchased an extended service contract through them, I was required to continue using their service department within a certain distance. I dealt directly with Chris Baker, the service manager, who assured me they would take care of me moving forward. That did not happen. Instead, I experienced repeated service issues, including an improperly installed driveshaft due to failure to follow basic installation instructions. This resulted in multiple return visits, with the vehicle often in worse condition than when it was dropped off. At this point, the issue isn’t a single mistake—it’s a consistent lack of care, attention, and accountability. If you are considering purchasing or servicing a vehicle here, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting them with your vehicle. More
