Terrible customer service. I bought a mercedes glb from them sight unseen. I specifically asked about the condition of the tires. I was told by the salesperson they were all br I bought a mercedes glb from them sight unseen. I specifically asked about the condition of the tires. I was told by the salesperson they were all brand new just to receive the car and find two of them are to their wear bars and need replacing immediately. I have documentation of a text that I was told all 4 were new. I contacted the dealership and they won't make it right and will not replace the two. More
