Service department needs to improve. The past few times in for service work Maura doesn't communicate basically calls you a lair. I will not deal with her again. My radio went out of my truck, took 2 months to get replaced. Maura said it was ordered, after a month not hearing anything, I called left a message. Service manger returned my call, not Maura saying radio should be here that day, vendor truck hasn't showed up yet. Then got a call was back ordered. I thought that was very suspicious since I never was in contact with service manger. It took another month for radio to be replaced. I called other dealership parts department they told it takes about a month to replacement radio to come in. Other service department wouldn't work on my truck due to open warranty claim. The sale department is great to work with but service been nothing but problems and hassles. More
