As a shrewd and frugal consumers, Bennett toyota of Allentown has always accommodated us within reason and today was no different, our rav 4 was having some front brake issues the rotors were warped, with lower than normal mileage on the vehicle GM Stefan Bringenberg Stepped in and put together a package for us that was to good to be true for replacement brakes and rotors, our family loves Toyota’s and we are happy that we have a dealership that has our back in regards to not only our vehicle but our finances as well, dealership are in business to bring joy to consumers when they purchase the vehicle they desire, with that said they are also in business to generate revenue, and we would like to do our appreciate to Stephan and Bennett toyota for not always be all about “ business “ our rav 4 is now operating like new ! Although I couldn't take the car immediately, I completed the purchase so the used car manage could get credit for the sale and meet his goals. The finance person was pushy and made me feel as though I was wrong for not choosing the additional warranty and gap insurance. When I picked up the car it hadn't been detailed as I told it would be (it was owned by a heavy smoker and the interior of the car still smelled horribly). The salesman tried to make it right by offering that it be cleaned, but that meant I was to be inconvenienced and without the vehicle. After a few weeks of noticing that the air conditioning wasn't engaging as it should, I scheduled an appointment to have it checked. The man at the service desk did his best to make me feel stupid and that this is just how it works, but they took the car and had it in the shop for 2 hours. I got it back and was told nothing was wrong, but I did notice that the unit was now engaging as it should. At 5000 miles, the vehicle was checked and I was told the air cabin filter was showing wear, probably pollen. I told the guy at the service desk it wasn't pollen, it was nicotine from the car's previous owner and it should have been replaced when the car was supposedly detailed. At 10K miles, the vehicle was checked again, nothing about the air cabin filter this time, but the guy at the service desk joked how I didn't use the car. I explained I do indeed use it, I bought it here from someone that didn't. This was my 10K check after only owning the vehicle for 7 months. They offer coffee and TV and a play area while you're waiting and an ineffective car wash after your services, in place of good and genuine customer service. I'm happy to be finished with my free service and I am going back to my regular, reliable mechanic who knows and remembers me and knows my cars. Your shiny new facility doesn't make you the best and you should do a better job knowing your customers and learning how to talk to them. More

Clasic Bait and Swithc Classic bait and switch, i asked them if the car was still available because they are an hour away. They said it was and then i asked them to verify i Classic bait and switch, i asked them if the car was still available because they are an hour away. They said it was and then i asked them to verify if anyone was engaged in a deal or if it was sold in the last 24 hrs and they said no one bought it. Sure enough an hr drive down there in the rain with 2 kids and one there they said sorry we just sold it. Then i called them out on the bait and switch. And they acted dumb and said i don't even know what a bait and switch is. I than asked him how long he was in sales. He said 10 years. How are you a sales professional for 10 years and not know what a bait and switch is. I'm sure u can get a good car here but don't wast your time if you find a good deal. Its definitely to good to be true. They also feed you lines like we lost money on that deal. Please do you think people believe that crap. They are so big they don't care if they turn you away. Give your money to a dealership who deserves it and dose not wast people's time. More

Service was completed within an hour even though they were a little bit busy. My car got its first oil change- synthetic + second tire rotation + cabin air filter replaced.
