Had Service Dept. hold off on passing a state inspection because battery was slightly smaller than original. When I took it back with the Toyota battery, the manager said he needed to reinspect the car. He agreed to not charge. I signed a paper saying they get $160 / hr labor. When I asked about it he said they were not going to charge. After waiting about 1/2 hour was told all was set and free to go. After getting home I found they had charged $37.10 labor ?? I guess technically they didn't charge for the inspection. But what a lying / underhanded way to treat a returning customer (10+ visits) More
The service technicians at this location are unaware of the parts they work with, I took my car, they had it for 30 minutes, and they determined that my mirror is aftermarket, I asked them repeatedly if an the parts they work with, I took my car, they had it for 30 minutes, and they determined that my mirror is aftermarket, I asked them repeatedly if an original part will work a non-original part of the car, they say yes t, good surprise in the moment of installation, it did not fit and they tell me that It is because it is aftermarket hello!!! and without takedown the piece they do not know if it works or not, how could it be that they have it for 30 minutes and the services did not takedo down the old glass and see? To determine if the original one could work!!! 2 appointments to not solve I imagine that a person with experience can evaluate and be more accurate and precise. More
My check engine light came on so I brought my vehicle to Bennett Toyota to check it out. Dan promptly called me and let me know the bad news a mouse chewed my gas tank and I would need a new one. I was shocked . Dan then said do you have full insurance on your vehicle. I was like yes why? He told me to call my insurance company it might be covered. I was skeptical but I called them and it was 100% covered. That is why should always go to Bennett to get your vehicles fixed. Dans knowledge saved me over $1000. Dan thank you so much I will never go to anywhere else to buy or service our Toyota’s. Joe More

I just finishing reviewing my last service report from three weeks ago. I just noticed that two items have been marked red on their multi-point inspection. They were for the brake fluid and transmission three weeks ago. I just noticed that two items have been marked red on their multi-point inspection. They were for the brake fluid and transmission oil changes. These have been mentioned to me as recommended service for my Prius with 65,000 miles. It is even noted on the report as being recommended service. Now the red check marks mean that it requires immediate attention. Now, immediate attention to me means that the service should be done and not ignored. I do not get it. I have researched this information on the Internet and their is nowhere that says anything about recommend service periods for this maintenance. The owners manual does mention transmission fluid to be serviced if the vehicle has been towing or driven under severe conditions. My wife and I are not hard drivers by any means. Since this is recommend service and there is no proof of deteriorating or contaminating fluids, I see no reason that this should be marked red. Of course maybe the fluid are not in the green, but there is not even a yellow box to be marked as in many other of their checkpoints. I know many Prius owners who never had to have these fluids changed and they have more than twice the miles I have. I have been coming to Bennett Toyota for maybe ten years, and this is our second Prius purchased from them, and I trusted their maintenance department wholeheartedly. Now, I am beginning to wonder whether to continued working with them. These red marks are reasons they will not honor warranties if something happens to these maintenance areas. More

Scheduled our 15000 mile check up and it was a very comfortable experience. The work was completed in a timely manner.
