Quintessential Customer Service I had shopped around for a luxy car for a few months before I landed at Bennett Land Rover Allentown. I was a bit apprehensive about making the switch I had shopped around for a luxy car for a few months before I landed at Bennett Land Rover Allentown. I was a bit apprehensive about making the switch to Land Rover given that I had been a BMW enthusiast/owner for decades. From the first call, Chris Rice showed great empathy and professionalism and quickly put my mind at ease. He was able to answer all my questions and patiently helped me navigate the search, selection and financing process. Chris is very helpful, has a great calm demeanor and is very genuine. I never felt pressured throughout the whole process. It's been a month since I drove my first Land Rover out from Allentown, PA, and I can say that I am extremely pleased with the customer service and high quality of my car. I highly recommend Bennet Land Rover and Chris Rice to anyone wishing to buy or lease a Land Rover. I drove from NYC to Allentown, PA, and, boy, it was worth the drive!! More

Perfect buying experience. I stopped in at this dealership to check out the Jaguar F-Pace but found it too large for my needs. Timothy approached me and I asked him about the beautiful Land Rover Evoque in the show room. I loved the car and he took me for a great test drive, explaining all the features, etc. Tim is fairly new to the dealership but it's obvious he took his training seriously and is stoked about his new.career. If he didn't know an answer to my question, he did not guess at an answer but went looking for the info. His sales manager was easy to work with - very personable, and the finance guy was sharp and fast. This evening, Tim took a misdial from me at 10 PM, a result of my playing with and setting up my new toy, and used the opportunity to ask if I had any questions. I am looking forward to a new relationship with this professional and friendly dealership. More
